For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, the Service provider acts as the data controller in relation to the personal data processed through the Website, except where otherwise stated in relation to third-party service providers.
2. What personal data are collected
Depending on how the Website is used, the following categories of personal data may be collected:
- identification and contact data, such as name, billing name, shipping name, e-mail address, phone number, billing address and shipping address,
- order and transaction data, such as ordered products, order number, payment status, transaction identifier, order value and order date,
- technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, language preference, visited pages and interaction with the Website,
- communication data, such as messages sent through contact forms, appointment request forms or e-mail communication,
- account-related data, if a customer account is created, such as login details and profile information.
Card data and other payment credentials are not processed directly by the Website operator when online payment is made via Barion. Those data are processed by the payment service provider.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- operating the Website and providing its functions,
- processing and fulfilling orders,
- issuing invoices and complying with accounting and tax obligations,
- communicating with customers regarding orders, services or enquiries,

4. Orders and purchases
When a customer places an order in the Webshop, personal data necessary to process and fullfil that order are collected. These usually include the customer’s name, billing details, shipping details, e-mail address, phone number, ordered items, order amount and order history.
These data are processed for the purpose of:
- accepting and managing the order,
- delivering products or organising performance of the purchased service,
- issuing invoices,
- providing customer support,
- meeting accounting, tax and consumer protection obligations.

5. Online payments via Barion
Online card payments and certain other payment methods in the Webshop are processed via Barion Payment Zrt. as an independent payment service provider. When online payment is selected, card data and other payment credentials are not transmitted to the Website operator and cannot be accessed by it; they are processed exclusively by Barion on secure systems.
The Website operator receives only the technical result of the transaction and related transaction metadata, such as whether the payment was successful, the transaction identifier, the amount and the time of payment.

6. Barion Base Pixel
The Website uses the Base version of the Barion Pixel, a small tracking code provided by Barion and integrated into the Webshop. The purpose of this processing is to support fraud prevention, payment security and aggregated analytics related to online transactions.
The Barion Pixel may collect technical and behavioural information such as IP address, browser type, device data, visited pages, viewed products and certain interactions with the Website. These data are processed by Barion Payment Zrt. as an independent data controller in accordance with its own privacy policy.
The Website operator may receive only aggregated statistics and risk-related information, and does not have direct access to the full raw tracking data processed through the Pixel. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest in maintaining secure online payments and preventing fraud, and where required by law, consent through the Website’s cookie or consent management settings.
7. Contact forms and communication
If a visitor contacts the Website operator by e-mail, through a contact form or through an appointment request form, the data provided by the visitor may be processed to respond to the message, manage the request and keep a record of the communication.
Such data may include:
- name,
- e-mail address,
- phone number,
- city or location information,
- free-text message content,
- any other information voluntarily provided by the user.
These data are processed only for the purposes of communication, customer support, lead handling and related administration.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
