These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the online store available at veltiara.com (hereinafter: “Webshop”).

The Service provider’s main activity via the Webshop is the sale of the products available on the site (for example premium hair extension products and related accessories).
2. Scope of the Terms
These Terms govern all distance contracts concluded between the consumer (hereinafter: “Customer”) and the Service provider through the Webshop.
By using the Webshop and especially by placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms.
3. Ordering process
- The Customer selects the product(s) to purchase in the Webshop and clicks “Add to cart”.
- The contents of the cart can be reviewed and modified at any time (change quantity, remove items).
- To finalize the order, the Customer must provide billing details and – if different – shipping details.
- After selecting the payment method, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy (by ticking the checkbox).
- By clicking the “Place order” / “Complete purchase” button, the Customer submits an order that entails a payment obligation.
- The Service provider confirms receipt of the order via automatic e‑mail.
4. Prices and payment methods
All prices shown in the Webshop are gross prices in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include the applicable value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs, if any, are displayed separately during the checkout process.
Available payment methods:
- Online card payment via the Barion system
Barion payment method description:
“Online card payments and other payment methods are processed via the Barion system. Card and other payment-related data are not shared with the merchant. The service provider is Barion Payment Zrt., an institution supervised by the Central Bank of Hungary (Magyar Nemzeti Bank), licence number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.”
Card payments are therefore provided by Barion Payment Zrt.
5. Delivery / performance
The method and time of performance:
– home delivery by courier service, or
– personal pickup / service performance in a partner salon.
Average delivery / performance time:
- As a general rule, the Service provider completes orders within 2-4 business days (shipping or service performance).
- If a different delivery time applies, the Service provider will inform the Customer in the order confirmation.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU 14‑day rule)
Consumers are entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with applicable EU and Hungarian consumer protection laws.
- In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return the product at their own cost to the address specified by the Service provider.
- The Service provider will refund the amount paid by the Customer (including the original shipping cost, except for any extra cost due to a method of delivery chosen by the Customer other than the least expensive standard delivery) within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, but may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or proof of return is provided.
7. Warranty and statutory liability
The Service provider is liable for defective performance in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code and applicable mandatory warranty rules.
- In case of defective performance, the Customer may primarily request repair or replacement.
- If these are impossible or would involve disproportionate additional costs, the Customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution

If the Customer is not satisfied with the handling of the complaint, they may turn to the competent consumer protection authority and/or the competent conciliation board (békéltető testület) according to their place of residence or stay, in line with Hungarian consumer protection rules.

9. Limitation of liability
The Customer is responsible for protecting their own devices and data when using the Webshop.
The Service provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- temporary unavailability of the Webshop due to maintenance,
- failures attributable to third‑party network or technical issues.
10. Data processing
The Service provider processes personal data of Customers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The detailed rules of data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Webshop.
11. Final provisions
In matters not regulated in these Terms, the provisions of the applicable Hungarian law, in particular:
- the Hungarian Civil Code,
- the e‑commerce act,
- and consumer protection legislation
shall apply.
The Service provider may unilaterally amend these Terms. Any modification becomes effective upon publication in the Webshop and does not affect contracts already concluded.
